I don't know if T-Mobile's backend support eventually fixed my account (I reported this issue to them several months ago), but what I did today was the following: The problem is that I wasn't able to log into the T-Mobile app because I received several errors, including one that said "your MSISDN is already registered to another IAM user account". T-Mobile Business users have to access the Netflix on Us benefit through the T-Mobile app (not the regular T-Mobile website or the business website called "Account Hub"). The support reps said that business accounts not being able to activate Netflix is a known issue because business users sometimes are not able to access the T-Mobile phone app.

I had to call T-Mobile business support several times about this.
